Booking and Cancellation Policy:

Please read the following cancellation policies carefully as it is considered binding.

Deposits: Upon confirmation of a reservation, we require a deposit of 30 % of the total quoted package. The deposit must be received within 14 days of booking confirmation in order to secure the reservation. Full payment must be received no later than 45 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations: 

*COVID 19 Cancellation Policy: Considering the current situation with travel restrictions changing almost daily, we are flexible on our cancellation policy. If your travel plans are cancelled given the worldwide pandemic, we guarantee full credit towards your future travel dates. Rescheduling of confirmed bookings is guaranteed at no cost. Or cancel with Full Refund, less 10% handling fees, 30 days prior to arrival date.

a) All deposits will be refunded in full (less costs of 10% handling fees), if written notice of cancellation is received, in writing, 60 days or more prior to arrival.
b) Cancellations received, in writing, 60 to 45 days prior to arrival will be given 50 % refund of deposit.
c) There will be no refund for cancellations received within 45 days of arrival
d) No refund for No-shows or unused potions of accommodations or packages

To protect your investment, please ensure that you have comprehensive travel insurance as Hidden Valley Inn will not refund any tours, transfers or meals which have been pre-booked but cannot be used due to flight delays, inclement weather, strikes, or political unrest.

Hidden Valley Inn is NOT responsible for any Currency Conversion Fees that your Bank might apply on their end.
