Jungle Adventure - Ramon's Village
Styled after the Tahitian cottages on the Polynesian island of Bora Bora, the cabanas at Ramon's Village are built from native materials by craftsmen utilizing the same skill and techniques the islanders used in the days of the great sailing ships. We’re not a concrete condo encompassed by concrete parking lots. Ramon’s Village is a sanctuary nestled in a tropical garden of Royal Palms, bougainvillea, lilies, hibiscus and dozens of other types of tropical flora. Surrounded by the plant life are Mayan sculptures that provide a glimpse of the civilization that preceded us in this Caribbean paradise. Once inside our enchanted village, you’ll be in a world of your own choosing.

Caye Caulker

Island Magic
Island Magic Villas is owned by Belizean couple, Roger and Alina Saldivar. They were born in Belize City but both of them grew up spending endless summers and weekends at their family homes in Caye Caulker. They met in Caye Caulker and eventually made their own investments on the island. In 2010 they opened their first hotel, Island Magic Beach Resort and in 2024 their sister property Island Magic Villas came to fruition.
Located on North Caye Caulker, only a 10 minute walk from The Split, Island Magic Villas opened its doors with 7 two-bedroom Villas and 1 four-bedroom Master Villa Vacation home.
